The Surprise!!!

Thanks to all of you Obpa had a wonderful Birthday! Not only was he surprised by all of your kind wishes, but he also was blessed with a surprise we were not expecting when he got a call from Macie and Carlee late Thursday night, this was nice because although it was very nice to be remembered, (I had to work all but 3 hours that day) and at least two times he broke down in tears because he missed his little girls, finally he said a prayer and a few hours later the call came. We still are celebrating here, yesterday we had a little celebration at work with cheesecake (Darin hates cake) and today I am taking the afternoon/evening off so we can go to the Temple then finish the celebration. I actually told him though that when you get that old (he is 41) the celebrationg lasts a week. The video's of the grandkids were priceless and the kind words were appreciated! We love you all!!!!!

Obpa's Birthday Surprise!

Next week on the 29th of January is Darin's Birthday! I really wanted to throw him a surprise party, but almost everyone that he would want to be there lives out of town and couldn't come, so I thought maybe cards or emails would be a great surprise for him and make him happy! I don't need to tell you that he is feeling a great void in his life right now with not seeing Macie and Carlee and could use any thoughts and kindness given to him, he really wants to be part of the family and mentions a desire to build a relationship with each of you often. I know not many people read or respond to my blogs, but this would really mean a lot to me! His email address is richardwatts929@hotmail.com and our home address is 128 E. Mutton Hollow Rd, Kaysville, UT 84037 for anyone who prefers the mail system! Thanks!

Life is Busy!!!

You might say how can life be so busy when you really don't have anything interesting worth saying or anything exciting happen worth telling, so thus the reason for the gap in posts. Well the fact of the matter is both of my jobs suddenly changed my schedules, which means I am working in the days and don't have the luxury of being on the computer ( only a short time really Friday night or Saturday afternoon). This means that I get to see my sweet husband in passing and the work around the house is not getting done...... due largely to the time issue and because of that most of our spare time in the week together is spent doing one of the two things below!

Mom and Dad Watts will be home in about 6 weeks and we have basically destroyed their house and could probably use the next 6 weeks 24/7 to fix it and still not be done, so we do what all 16 year old kids do when they get stressed out.........get out the Wii. So basically for all of you who have been wondering what we have been up to..... it is this....... working and working again and the rest of the time is spent at the Temple or playing the Wii, you might think ....what a waste of time, but you should see how good I am at bowling now, even with my left hand! Don't you think our Mii's look just like us? Boy have we become competitive......
